August 2019. I was about 99lb. My periods were irregular, which I thought was due to the approach of the menopause. It wasn't. Fat plays a part in regulating the hormones and I just didn't have enough body fat. Less than 15.6% body fat.
At the time, I was embodying Nic's ex from mybook.to/ServantsOfNeed She was fourteen. I was forty-five.
