Embodying Others

For me, embodying characters, god/desses etc isn't so much about becoming them as letting them inhabit me. I allow them the privilege of being me. They aren't garments that I drape about myself. They're essences with which I fill myself/my form.

It doesn't always go as planned. Here, I was attempting to embody my character Clare Petrarch (from mybook.to/OfHerLight ). This screenshot doesn't work because the mindset is wrong, which reflects in my expression and body language. Here, the my demeanour is more like that of Lily (who appears briefly in my novella).
